Minimum System Requirements
For optimal performance, Bizprac requires a Windows environment with specific hardware and software configurations. Key requirements include an Intel Quadcore processor or equivalent, 8GB RAM, Windows 8 or later Professional or Business Edition, and a LAN or ADSL router setup. Adhering to these guidelines ensures that Bizprac runs effectively within the Microsoft Windows framework.
Introduction
These specifications are recommendations only, written as a guide to the minimum requirements your systems should meet in order to run the software and do not constitute a guarantee that Bizprac or any other software system will run without issue. Bizprac runs within a Microsoft Windows environment; if the MS Windows system is faulty or misconfigured, or if your computer hardware (hard drives, etc.) is faulty, this can affect Bizprac.
Antiviruses and other security programs may also affect the workings of Bizprac. If the physical location Bizprac is being us ed in has power fluctuations (main spikes, etc.), or if the general cabling/wiring structure is faulty, this may also affect your systems plea se make sure these items are checked and approved by a qualified data or IT professional.
By accepting the terms and conditions in the Subscription License & Support agreement, you further acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted all liability and advisements contained herein and that Bizprac Software has met its obligation to disclose all necessary information to you.
If your system/s do not meet these requirements, you fail to make Bizprac aware of a system configuration or specification you employ or intend to employ that may have a bearing on the operation of Bizprac, or you fail to follow the advisements contained in this document or alternatively conveyed to you by other means, you release Bizprac Software from all liability for any resulting damage, inconvenience, cost incurred/loss of income or loss of reputation resulting.

If you have used a previous version of Bizprac and a file conversion was necessary for you to be able to upgrade to Bizprac, you assume solely responsibility for checking the integrity of the converted data and reporting any issues to Bizprac Software prior to running live with it and await advisement from Bizprac Software.
